At the nucleus of this album is an interactive computer program called The Music Mouse designed by Laurie Spiegel, one of the early pioneers in electronic and computer music. It was the marriage of this deeply intuitive program with acoustic instruments and nature sounds working rhythmically within the compositions, that encouraged KXCI Radio in Tucson Arizona to call The Property Of Water "One of Adams' finest albums!" Paul Adams spent his formative years building musical instruments for such luminaries as Daryl Hall, members of Stevie Wonder, The Pointer Sisters and others.

From Mountain Dulcimers, guitars, and Swedish Humels to composing music that Electronic Musicians magazine calls "surprisingly varied, very sophisticated and gorgeous!" Adams continues to prove that there are no boundaries in the creative realm! The San Jose, California Metro called Adams "...one of the most important New Age personalities since George Winston".
