"You should hear Matthew talk about Andy. He knows every single word to every single song and sings them every day on the way to school and on the way back home. His favorite song on the album is "My Hat". He LOVES that song! So does Kevin. Every single time that song comes on, Kevin is shakin' his little tush and clapping and Matthew is singing! It makes my car rides so fun!
As a parent, I really like the issues that a lot of your songs deal with. There are not many children's songs out there that teach kids to put things back where they belong, and a song that is a stepping stone to knowing your address. I also enjoy the songs about George Washington and Thanksgiving. An important song, to me anyway, is the one about how it is okay to still love someone even though they told you what you have done was wrong. I think it is important that children realize that because they were punished or put in time out for something they did wrong, doesn't mean that they are not loved." -Rachael McGouran, River Vale, NJ
"My children love Andy Glockenspiel and his songs. They listen to his CD at least once a day, sometimes two or three times a day. The themes of the songs, from the historical "George Washington" and "Thanksgiving", to the very useful "Talk to Me" are so valuable to the kids. The songs appeal equally to two-year olds and seven year olds. I wish Andy had more CD's." -Cynthia Fine, Los Angeles, CA
