Artist Profile
Music has always been an integral part of DeMarco's life; he hummed melodies before he spoke his first words. As a youngster, he played brass instruments in symphonic bands. After an injury-plagued career in soccer, he resumed his first love, music. A short stint as a guitarist with a blues band whetted his ambition to play the solo piano. A self-taught musician who plays by ear, DeMarco's first album, "Awakenings" drew rave reviews from listeners throughout the country who felt the inner strength and serenity of his music. DeMarco makes his home in Fremont, CA.
