Testimonials
"This is one of the best albums that I have had the pleasure to listen to. It has also at the same time been one of the most difficult to review. The reason for this is the originality in the songwriting and structure making it difficult to compare to a band that the reader can relate to. This is an album that one has to hear to experience. I can tell you that the band is tight and take their craft very seriously. The flaws in the music are non existent, so that was not an aspect while listening to the album. The music is, for the most part, a high energy rock and roll that leans toward the pop spectrum. Fun danceable songs that will make a memorable time. This is one you'll be glad you checked out, before they were all sold out." -Larry Belanger, DowneastReviews@webtv.net

"Motorplant is a modern-rock band of the first order. 'Inside the Walnut' is by turns heavy and gritty, melodic and delicate.....and is mature, pro and totally kick-ass." -Seven Days, Burlington, VT

"Everything on this CD is well written, sung, and played. From the opener 'Waterlogged' through the next cut 'Broken Heart Disease' and to the ending 'Crumble', this quartet invokes memories of rock's past while taking a drink of the future." -William Huffman, Jam Music Magazine
