Rearranged is primarily what might be classified as a jazz album, yet features a very diverse, accessible mix of other contemporary music styles, including rock and new age. Terry collaborated with nationally-acclaimed guitarist Dan Balmer in writing and arranging all but one tune on the album. They are joined by percussionist Jeff Cumpston and bassist Kevin Deitz, who both are widely known in Portland's jazz and orchestra music scenes.
