Performed with soulful expression on the Bansuri flute, a bamboo flute from India, with light percussion, shamanic drums, and delicate keyboards.

Terry Oldfield takes listeners on a journey into the depths of the soul with his meditative album LABYRINTH. The music is very peaceful and reflective, capturing the soft, haunting beauty of the bansuri flute. All other instrumentation is kept to a minimum so that the flute can truly shine; what is included is some light synth ambience, drone instrumentation, shamanic drums and additional percussion. All of it is very subdued and has an improvised quality, making the music ideal for activity that require deep concentration, or for creating a quiet atmosphere to do yoga or healing work
