Artist Profile
The five member Houndz formed in 1994 when sax and keyboard player Bob Reed snared a gig but had no band! Scrambling to find players, Bob reformed a '60s R&B band called Mid-Life Crisis. They played the gig on a boat on a stormy, Lake Michigan summer night.

Mid-Life Crisis of 1994 morphed into the Houndz in 1998.

The Houndz, possess these traits:
Steve Wyrostek, songwriter for 30 years
Tom Holler, known as the human jukebox
Ken White, this drummer has perfect pitch
Jeff Plettau, made the banjo used on the cd
Bob Reed, a classically trained clarinetist
